Job Overview:

The Romeo Enterprise Office is responsible for delivering acquisition, sustainment, and upgrade support for the MH-60R Seahawk to the Navy Aviation enterprise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve key objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert advice on policy implementation and manage stakeholder relationships to identify expectations and concerns.
  • Deliver integrated logistics, contract management support, and maintenance outcomes that prioritize MH-60R availability and readiness.
  • Maintain a collaborative working environment and ensure compliant outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with Australian Defence, US government, and industry partners to provide timely advice and deliver the MH-60R capability.

About Our Team:We provide support services through Foreign Military Sales agreements with the US Government and International and Australian Industry Partners to ensure mission readiness and airworthiness of the Royal Australian Navy's MH-60R Seahawk Romeo helicopter fleet and safety of its aviators and aircraft maintenance staff.
