Our team is seeking an Analyst to join our Quantitative Modelling group, part of the Market Risk and Credit Models function within Group Risk.

This role involves working with data and models to help us make better decisions about credit risk. You'll be involved in building and maintaining application and behavioural scorecards, as well as PD, LGD, and EAD models under IFRS9.

You'll work closely with our data science and analytics teams to design and implement automated dashboards and model monitoring frameworks using modern analytics platforms and cloud-based tools like Databricks.

As an Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our credit models are accurate, reliable, and meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain credit risk models and scorecards (PD, LGD, EAD)
  • Monitor model performance and respond to changes in the market or regulatory environment
  • Identify and resolve data issues in modelling and reporting
Requirements:
  • Early-career Analyst with some experience in credit risk modelling, validation, monitoring, or analytics
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
  • Experience with tools like SAS, R, Python, SQL, and version control platforms like Git or Bitbucket
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
