Job Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide warm welcomes and excellent service to our guests in every interaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Ensure the security and well-being of our guests and their possessions.
- Handle guest complaints in a positive manner and escalate when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to assist guests with room changes and dining bookings.
Requirements:
">- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Enthusiasm for connecting with guests and delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to provide prompt and efficient service.
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
