Our team is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care traineeship program. This rewarding opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in providing quality education and care while studying towards your qualification.

The successful applicant will work closely with our experienced educators to develop skills and knowledge in childcare and education. As an Educator in Training, you will be responsible for observing and documenting children's learning and development, supporting the day-to-day operation of the room, and contributing to a positive and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support children in their development and physical care
  • Learn about practice through nurturing relationships and positive interactions
  • Observe and document children's learning and development
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the room

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Passion for delivering quality early childhood education and care

  • Basic first aid and CPR certification
  • Working with Children Check
