The Role
Ash Street Cellar is seeking a skilled and confident Assistant Restaurant Manager to collaborate with our management team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing team, this role is perfect for you.
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive business results and maintain high standards of service excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of experienced wait staff, baristas, and team leaders to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
