Job Title
- Transport & Logistics Specialist
- Warehouse Coordinator
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery dockets, and invoices.
- Accurately record receipts, deliveries, returns, and adjustments in the inventory management system.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to relevant stakeholders.
- Label, code, and allocate goods to storage areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company requirements.
- Create and manage dispatch documentation including consignment notes, manifests, and freight labels.
- Coordinate with freight companies and couriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure goods are packed, loaded, and secured in compliance with safety, quality, and transport regulations.
- Track outbound deliveries and communicate delays or issues to stakeholders.
Requirements :
- Local residence in Mackay or accommodation options.
- Forklift license (High Risk - LF) required.
- Proven experience in a related stores or dispatch role.
- Sound understanding of inventory management systems, CoR, and load handling procedures.
- Previous experience in mining or manufacturing industry is desirable.
