Job Opportunity

As a seasoned professional in the abrasives industry, you will be part of a diverse team collaborating with innovative people worldwide. Your role will be critical in analyzing industry trends and engaging with industrial customers to improve processes, develop new applications, and drive product programs.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth through customer collaboration, new application development, and product commercialization.
  • Engage with customers across various industries to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions with abrasives & systems.
  • Contribute to value proposition development for effective commercialization.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations showcasing the benefits and applications of our solutions.
  • Coordinate field trials with customers, evaluating local competition and marketing practices.
  • Evaluate competitor activities and performance, promoting NPI tests globally and providing feedback for global new product development.
  • Collaborate on new application development and drive application replication with Application Engineers globally.
  • Drive Safety Built In initiatives across priority markets & customers, targeting key audiences.
  • Deliver customer-focused training virtually and on-site.
  • Enhance Distributor Sales Representatives capabilities through training and fieldwork, supporting growth in remote geographies.
  • Provide field support for major customers, increasing intimacy in significant accounts.
  • Complete technical activities with significant impact on business organization.
  • Communicate technical task processes and results to business and technical teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events such as Hygienists conferences and safety week.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in science or engineering discipline (verified prior to start)
  • Five years of experience in abrasive-related industries, including fabricated structural metal, construction machinery, transportation, etc.
  • Three years of experience in application engineering or product development in an R&D role, focusing on customer solutions.
  • Current, valid Driver's License
