Job Title:

A Grader Operator is required to join our Production Mining Team in Western Australia.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in operating machinery efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CAT 16M Graders or equivalent in a production mining environment
  • Maintain pit floors and bunds to achieve design parameters within acceptable tolerances
  • Ensure floor levels are maintained and minimise dilution
  • Operate, drive and move material as directed to prepare operating areas and roads
  • Set and maintain high housekeeping standards
  • Carry out pre-start checks and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years experience operating a CAT 16M Grader or equivalent in a production mining operation
  • Possess strong mining operational skills and be able to demonstrate your ability in maintaining pit floors and bunds
  • Valid Australian Drivers License and proven commitment to health and safety at all times
