We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Information Professional to join our Regional Medical Information team at Amgen Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of enquiries from patients and healthcare professionals across APAC
- Collaborate with the Regional Call Centre operations, training, and quality oversight
- Contribute to local, regional, and global Medical Information projects and cross-functional shared goals
- Maintain local content repositories and manage content for the Call Centre
- Analyze Medical Information content needs and provide input to global scientific teams
- Adapt and maintain content according to local and regional requirements
- Report on trends and insights for assigned products to business stakeholders
- Respond to escalated inquiries in compliance with regulations and company guidelines
- Ensure target service levels and customer expectations are met for the Call Centre
- Maintain and expand product and therapeutic area knowledge
- Stay current on regulations and codes affecting Medical Information
Requirements:
- BSc, Pharm D, RN, MD, PhD, MSc, or BSc or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in Medical Information
- Direct clinical experience (e.g., pharmacy, nursing, medicine)
- Proficiency in literature searches, scientific literature appraisal, and writing
- Experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and working with consultants/vendors
- Residency and Work rights in Australia
