Release Management Specialist

Job Overview

The Release Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of releases across various environments.

  • Define and manage technical change control processes
  • Plan and facilitate release activities
  • Manage interdependencies to ensure timely deployments
  • Communicate the scope and purpose of releases
  • Maintain consistency of releases across environments
  • Drive continuous improvement in the release process

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective release management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ensure seamless integration of releases across multiple environments
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the release process
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, testing, deploying, and controlling software releases
  • Expertise in Release Management across a range of environments
  • Strong understanding of release management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
