Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

Job Description:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and stimulating environments that foster children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement educational programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child, while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards), prior experience in long day-care, and sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF. You will also hold a current Working with Children's Check.
