Early Childhood Education Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated educator to join our team in a 50-place early childhood service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to children aged 3-5 years, with a focus on providing a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to take on a new challenge and contribute to the growth and development of our centre.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certification
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
