Compassionate Home Support Worker

We are seeking experienced and compassionate support workers to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the community. This role will involve providing personal care, assisting with daily living tasks, and supporting individuals with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, valid Drivers Licence, and access to an insured, reliable vehicle. You will be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients and have experience in aged or community care.
This is a permanent part-time role with flexible days of the week as well as start and finish times, and weekend loading if you choose to work weekends. You will receive paid travel time and kilometres, as well as a work mobile phone.
- Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressing
- Assisting with daily living tasks - meal preparation and light house cleaning
- Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
- Supporting with medication management
You will be required to undertake a Police Check, Functional assessment, provide two referees, and evidence of minimum 2 COVID-19 vaccinations.
Benefits:- $28.70 to $31.50 per hour plus 96c/km + paid travel time + mobile phone provided
- Full training given to all our support workers, no experience necessary

- First Aid Certificate provided and paid for by us
- Paid Certificate III in Aged Care training available if you want to progress
