Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Pega implementation projects as a Lead Business Architect or Senior Business Architect
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring successful business transformation
  • Drive the implementation of Pega Customer Service, leveraging your expertise in Pega Strategic Applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions, utilizing your knowledge of process improvement and Pega technical background
  • Champion agile delivery methodologies, ensuring seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of end-to-end Pega implementation experience as a Lead Business Architect or Senior Business Architect
  • 5+ years of total Pega experience, with a strong focus on business transformation and stakeholder management
  • Certified Pega Business Architect, preferably version or later
  • Strong knowledge of Pega Strategic Applications, particularly Pega Customer Service
  • 5+ years of work experience in international markets, such as Australia, Europe, or the US
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to handling multiple dotted line stakeholders
  • Pega technical background, including CSA/CSSA
  • Background in process improvement
