Job Title: Out of Hospital Home Care Worker - Albury

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Out of Hospital Home Care Worker to join our team in Albury. As a key member of our Community Support Services Team, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

About the Role:
  • Provide domestic support, including cleaning, laundry, transportation, shopping, and meal preparation
  • Assist with daily hygiene, such as showering or bathing
  • Offer mobility support and maintain client plans, including documentation and progress note keeping
  • Represent the team professionally and effectively through communication and liaison with clients, families, and relevant professionals
  • Maintain client privacy and dignity, and engage in respectful interactions
What We Offer:
  • Casual hourly rate from $36.18-$38.26 per hour, plus superannuation
  • Two weeks of intensive training, regular supervision, and support from an experienced team of community support staff

Requirements:
  • Certificate 3 in Community Services, Individual Support (or approved equivalent)
  • Working with Children's Check
  • National Police Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Drivers License and Car
