Job Overview

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.

Customer service is at the heart of this position, creating moments that matter for customers. Aftermarket auto products are sold in a retail & trade environment.

As a Retail Assistant, your key focus includes:

  • Always maintain a safe working environment to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
  • Provide genuine service & create memorable experiences with customers
  • Use strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance
  • Maintain showroom presentation & merchandising standards
  • Process stock; receive, dispatch & store
  • Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative team member, contributing to a positive team culture.

This role requires lifting, bending & climbing.
