Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Healthcare Associate Director. This role will involve working with clients across the pharmaceutical, medical technology, and consumer wellness sectors.

The successful candidate will possess sound industry experience, preferably in med tech and consumer wellness. They will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading programming, and contributing to the development of product-related communications challenges in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to deliver robust communications strategies and programmes.
  • Act as a trusted partner to promote, protect, and evolve client brands.
  • Lead client relationships, manage day-to-day contacts, and interface with client contacts.
  • Oversee bold, transformative work while counselling clients to achieve their communication and business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of the Health team by sharing market/industry updates, best practice, and continuous learning and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years of relevant experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields.
  • Curious communicator with a genuine strong interest in science and health.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.
  • General awareness of the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA) and Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS), universal healthcare system.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
