Ecommerce Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team at Hairhouse. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce platforms for web & app, making recommendations for site improvements and strategies to drive customer conversion and increased sales.
• Execute online marketing campaigns for all promotions, product launches and online sales activity, including testing across multiple platforms (Web & App).
• Management of all online content, including imagery, product descriptions, pricing, blogs & videos, ensure all content is optimised for SEO and up to date across all platforms (Web/App).
• Responsible for management of merchandising platform for effective merchandising aligned with merchandising strategies, search optimisation, personalised recommendation and bundling across all digital touchpoints.
• Management of website and app IA including navigation, categories, filters and sort to optimise customer experience and conversion.
• Produce and present weekly sales reports and merchandising/search performance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an ecommerce role, within FMCG, fashion or beauty online retail business.
• Strong understanding and experience of Shopify, merchandising platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO).
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
