About this role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate chef to join our team on a full-time basis at one of our establishments located in Wyong, NSW.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dining options whilst maintaining the highest standards and executing high-quality, wholesome, and well-presented meals for our customers. This includes managing efficient and high-quality food preparation, maintaining presentation and consistency of food served, service and preparation for all bistro and function meals, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring compliance with food handling practices and general cleaning duties.

This role is ideal for someone who is self-disciplined and a team player with exceptional communication skills, ability to work a flexible roster including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

About you:

  • You should have previous experience working in a kitchen and hold a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery, Food Handling certificate, and other relevant qualifications.
