The Role

We seek an experienced Store Manager to join our team, driving sales growth and achieving optimal store performance through efficient operations, strong leadership, and team coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets, while maintaining high store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Lead the team in achieving outstanding results by fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee development, and ensuring succession plans are in place.
  • Manage wage costs efficiently, adhering to company rostering standards and weekly targets.
  • Closely monitor store sales, identifying areas of missed opportunity and implementing corrective actions to drive growth.
  • Ensure OH&S management is maintained at the highest level, adhering to state and national legislation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.
  • A 'Make it Happen' attitude and passion for leading and inspiring a team.
  • A proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
