The role of Team Leader is multifaceted, requiring strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team to achieve their full potential, providing coaching and feedback, and facilitating training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Team Members comply with QSE & Food Safety standards
  • Elevating the performance of the team by providing coaching and feedback, and facilitating training
  • Using systems and processes to help manage food safety and compliance as outlined by expectations set by the store manager
  • Leading the team to ensure they complete all assigned tasks on time and in line with Krispy Kreme standards
  • Dealing professionally with customer feedback in line with Krispy Kreme standards, policies, and procedures
  • Managing cash handling in line with procedures including security procedures
  • Overseeing the quality of all products intended for customers and liaising with the manager to inform internal or external suppliers of any issues with quality, timeliness, or suitability
  • Manage on-shift components of achieving sales, labour, and materials targets as outlined by the manager
  • Acting as the 'Store Champion' as directed by the manager to lead the roll out of promotions, local store marketing activities, and in-store special events
