Wellbeing Assistant

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Resident Wellbeing Assistant to join our team at Signature Care Operations. As a key member of our Wellbeing team, you will play a vital role in shaping the service delivery of aged care into the future.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering varied aged care resident wellbeing programs and be comfortable with learning new technology to make a difference to our residents' physiological, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging wellbeing programs for residents
- Collaborate with the Wellbeing team to create a positive and supportive environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and their families
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in aged care wellbeing
- Previous experience in a similar position as a Wellbeing Assistant in Aged Care
- Preferred applicants will have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Fully approved Covid-19 vaccinated
- National Police Record check, less than 12 months old
