Job Title: Category Manager for Timber Products
Join us in a challenging and rewarding role where you will be responsible for managing the category of timber products across various channels. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have access to high-quality timber products, meeting their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, driving sales growth and increasing market share.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on product vision, roadmap, and feature definition.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead the discovery and scoping phase of initiatives to determine customer problems and value propositions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of product management experience, including working with user-facing products.
- Proven experience leading search, discovery, or similar data-rich product areas in high-traffic consumer-facing environments.
- Strong background working with AI/ML teams on information retrieval, ranking models, NLP, or query understanding.
