Job Title: Senior Wills and Estate Planning Consultant

Description:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Wills and Estate Planning Consultant. As part of our dedicated NSW Government agency, you will be responsible for delivering professional, high-quality, and timely Wills and Estate Planning services to the NSW community.
  • You will contribute to team performance within the Wills and Estate Planning Network by increasing market share and collaborating to support the delivery of professional Estate Planning services across NSW in a financially sustainable way.

About The Team:

The Estate Planning & Administration division is responsible for delivering NSW Trustee & Guardian's commercial services in Will making, as trustee, attorney, and as administrator/executor of deceased estates.

About The Role:

The role requires you to independently handle complex client matters and provide guidance and support to Wills and Estate Planning Consultants. You will also contribute to team performance by increasing market share and collaborating to support the delivery of professional Estate Planning services across NSW.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience in a relevant discipline or industry, such as legal, finance, professional services, and/or government.
  • Willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents.
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel across NSW as required.
