Job OpportunityWe're seeking a Payroll Officer to join our Finance Team based in our Belmont office on a full-time basis. As a Payroll Officer, you'll be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time for all employees of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll
- Assist in the preparation of scheduled and ad hoc reports related to payroll
- Experience in end-to-end payroll within a large organisation
- Exposure to reconciling payroll ledgers, setting up of new employees and processing terminations
- Exposure to a large payroll system
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal / communication skills
