Job Title: Personal Carer

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Carer. In this role, you will provide care and support to clients living in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their own homes
  • Supporting clients with their daily activities, including showering, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assisting clients with their mobility and transferring them safely
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
  • Roadworthy and insured vehicle for work purposes
  • Experience working with technology, including smartphones and laptops
  • Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
