The program offers comprehensive, full-time training with classroom and practical learning elements. You will receive extensive CRA training curriculum, training on ICH GCP and local Ethics and Regulatory Environment requirements, and the chance to learn from experienced CRAs, Line Managers, and Quality Managers.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a health care or life-science discipline">
  • Previous experience in a clinical research position, such as In-house CRA, Clinical Trials Assistant or Clinical Trials Coordinator">
  • A basic understanding of clinical research governing principles, including ICH-GCP and ethical and regulatory frameworks in Australia/New Zealand">
  • Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills">
  • Demonstrable problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills">
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients">
