Clinical Research Associate Role

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will play a vital role in the success of clinical research studies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that trials are conducted according to established clinical practices, maintaining the integrity and quality of the research.
To achieve this goal, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop monitoring tools, procedures, and processes that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the clinical research program. Additionally, you will support the professional growth of lower-level professionals and manage processes and programs, thereby contributing to the organization's mission of advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. You should also have a strong understanding of clinical research principles, as well as the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines;
- Conduct site initiation visits, interim visits, and close-out visits to monitor trial progress and ensure data quality;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with study sites, investigators, and other stakeholders;
- Monitor and report on study metrics, including enrollment rates, recruitment timelines, and other key performance indicators;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Life Sciences or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, preferably as a CRA;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
