Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Administer medication and provide medical support as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in disability support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks associated with the role.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Current police check and working with children's check.
