Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients in their own homes, providing comprehensive assessments and tailored physiotherapy treatment plans.

You will be responsible for working holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan, educating clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community, and liaising with service providers to ensure effective communication.

As a key member of our team, you will work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records, and provide patient reports. You will be supported by our home care team who will schedule appointments and plan efficient routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans
  • Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan
  • Educate clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication
  • Work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records, and provide patient reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
