Relationship Management Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a key role in managing our commercial banking relationships.

  • This includes leading the sourcing and management of transactions, developing lending structures, and conducting thorough due diligence to deliver tailored solutions for our clients.
  • You will be responsible for managing approval processes, documentation, and stakeholder relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Your coaching and development skills will enable you to mentor junior team members, empowering them to achieve their objectives and contribute to the success of the team.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to implement sales, service, operational, process, and credit quality initiatives that align with our business goals.
  • In representing our organization in the market, you will network with key stakeholders to expand our reach and enhance our reputation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in commercial banking or real estate finance, preferably with extensive experience in relationship management.
  • A proven track record of leading complex financial relationships and transactions to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Excellent risk management, relationship building, and analytical skills to develop and execute bespoke strategies for our high-value client relationships.
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences and navigate multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric focus, prioritizing delivery of exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
  • The ability to drive business growth through strategic planning, fostering team collaboration, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • A well-established professional network that can provide new business opportunities and support our growth aspirations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or economics are highly valued.
