Commercial Banking Relationship Specialist

This role involves providing customized banking solutions for seasoned commercial and property finance professionals operating in Brisbane.
You will be part of a key business unit within our core home market, managing and growing a portfolio of highly valued customer relationships.
- Lead junior team members to achieve current and future objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the bank in the market, networking with key stakeholders.
This role entails:
- Leading transactions and developing lending structures.
- Conducting thorough due diligence and managing approval processes.
- Fostering stakeholder relationships and driving business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Extensive experience in commercial banking or real estate finance.
- Strong direct experience leading real estate finance relationships and transactions.
- Strong risk management, relationship management, and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills, thriving in high-pressure environments.
