Role Overview

This role is ideal for those looking to start a career in mortgage broking or finance. As an Aussie Home Loan Sales Associate, you will gain valuable experience in sales, customer service, and relationship building, while developing a deep understanding of the home loan process and mortgage market.

Sales Responsibilities
  1. Prospect customers over the phone and discuss their lending needs.
  2. Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers.

  4. Leverage your sales and relationship building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A background in sales, retail, or customer service is highly desirable, but not essential.
