Role Summary:

A Senior Associate will support Defence clients in defending Australia's national interests and promoting security, stability, and community development as directed by the Government.

About the Position:

We are seeking an individual with diverse backgrounds to support our clients in planning, preparing for, and adapting to rapid changes. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, be interested in asking questions, challenging thinking, and bringing new ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own projects and deliverables
  • Mentor less experienced team members and provide guidance
  • Analyse complex data and develop strategic insights
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients
  • Support business development activities and client proposals
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Will to undertake Baseline (or preferably NV1) clearance
