Join us in a challenging role that plays a vital part in ensuring the efficient dispatch of finished goods.
Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include:
- Packing and processing orders to meet quality objectives and sales order commitments.
- Verify shipment details and generate commercial invoices for customers/accounts.
- Liaise with logistics teams for outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and control inventory stock in the dispatch area and coordinate with purchasing officers to replenish stock of packing materials.
- Utilize forklifts to load/unload trucks and move stock around the warehouse.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in a dispatch and/or export role.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to accurately process and manage data.
- A valid forklift ticket and certification in dangerous good handling is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
