
Longitudinal Research Assistant

The Raine Study is a pioneering longitudinal research project focused on health across generations. Established in 1989, it has collected extensive data from participants and their descendants, significantly contributing to our understanding of physical and mental health, lifestyle, and genetics.
In this role, you will play a key part in the study's next phase by coordinating participant recruitment and scheduling for follow-up appointments. You will engage with participants through various communication methods while ensuring adherence to confidentiality and privacy standards. Additionally, you will assist the data collection team by managing participant flow during assessments and supporting post-assessment activities.
This opportunity enables you to join a team at the forefront of one of the world's most comprehensive longitudinal studies, building and maintaining meaningful relationships with study participants across multiple generations.
To succeed in this position, you will need relevant experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, with excellent communication skills. You must also possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management for scheduling and data entry, and demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Key requirements include current National Police Clearance, C Class Driver's License, flexibility to work after hours and Saturdays, and ability to meet the position's physical demands.
