Junior Social Account Executive Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Junior Social Account Executive to join our team in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity to work on social campaigns, collaborate with a supportive team, and deliver measurable results for clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a strategic thinker, and experience in executing successful campaigns and managing social media strategies. Familiarity with social scheduling platforms and understanding of social trends and analytics are also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create content calendars that align with business objectives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor and stay ahead of social media trends to ensure alignment with current audience preferences and client brand objectives.
  • Track campaign performance and provide monthly reports that offer insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with designers and creatives to bring on-brand, engaging content to life.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery while managing project timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong writing skills – from ad copy to web content.
  • Strategic thinking and passion for social media and content creation.
  • Familiarity with social scheduling platforms and understanding of social trends and analytics.
