About Our Digitisation Role

Our organisation is seeking a Digitisation Specialist to work in Canberra. As a key member of our national digitisation team, you will play a vital role in delivering project objectives to our customers.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Ensure correct use of internal systems is maintained in accordance with instructions
  • Prepare documents for scanning and pick and pack as required related to digitisation tasks
  • Perform high speed scanning of records and manage post-processing of scanned images
  • Use Microsoft Office to enter data and perform quality assurance

Requirements and Qualifications

  • You understand what great customer service means and are flexible in dealing with change and pressure
  • You're willing to take direction and are open to learn new skills
  • You have strong attention to detail and can pick up new software skills with ease
