Travel Operations Coordinator
\This is a key role that involves ensuring the seamless mobilization and demobilization of site-based personnel.
\The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume administration or travel coordination, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end travel and accommodation logistics for all personnel across multiple project sites.\
- Coordinate charter and commercial flights, ground transport, and accommodation bookings.\
- Monitor and report no-show rates and travel compliance, implementing cost-efficiency strategies.\
- Act as the primary contact for travel disruptions and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.\
Your Impact:
\You will be instrumental in delivering accurate and competitive asset rates for tenders and ongoing projects.
\A bit about you:
\We are looking for someone who has a Year 12 Certificate (mandatory) and minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume administration or travel coordination.
