About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the deployment and delivery of analytics and actionable insights from our digital platforms to help optimise conversions through online sales funnels using the Adobe Experience Cloud stack.

  • Develop detailed reporting requirements for existing untracked features and upcoming features within our digital streaming products
  • Maintain and evolve Data Layer Specification to meet reporting and insights requirements
  • Implement tracking requirements using Adobe Launch where possible for web-based streaming products and satellite websites such as help and media sites, including the implementation of ad tech tracking pixels for our acquisition team
  • Forecast server calls for each contract year based on existing tracking to ensure appropriate contract limits are set
  • Build dashboards in Adobe Analytics and Tableau for business stakeholders to help surface insights in a self-serve manner
  • Carry out deep dive analyses to help the business understand feature usage, retention correlation and impacts of key product initiatives
  • Collaborate with Customer Acquisition Team and Partnerships Team to develop optimisation roadmap for the year
  • Implement testing activities using Adobe Target and build reports to measure performance of optimisation activities including commercial benefits
  • Collaborate with Engagement team to deliver ongoing engagement activities based on analytics data such as targeted in-app and push messaging
  • Utilise Adobe Audience Manager to create audiences based on online and offline traits to be used in experience targeting activities

What We're Looking For

  • In-depth knowledge of key Adobe Experience Cloud products, namely Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager
  • Ability to make actionable recommendations based on data findings
  • Proven ability to lead and manage sprint delivery process
  • Business acumen with good project management skills
  • Flexibility to step outside defined role in order to get something done
  • Strong understanding of Martech best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams
  • Manage direct and influence indirect team members (eg System Integrators, Professional Services) to achieve business and technical outcomes
