**# About Our Program**

Our gymnastics program is specially designed for young children, focusing on fun, exploration, and learning. We transform our facility into a new themed environment every fortnight, complete with trampolines, obstacle courses, and interactive activities. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for our tiny gymnasts and their families.

**# About the Role**
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase program enrollment
- Design and deliver high-quality, engaging programs that cater to diverse age groups and abilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving loyalty
- Collaborate with our team to create immersive themed environments that spark imagination and curiosity
- Analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions
- Manage program staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional program delivery

**# Requirements**
- Experience in program management, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer bases
- Experience working with young children (ages 1-5) in an educational or recreational setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to think creatively, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
