As a Property Lawyer, you will be working within our Conveyancing Practice in Brisbane, Queensland. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and has been recognised as the #1 firm in Australia for Property Settlements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and supporting a team of experienced conveyancing paralegals
  • Applying legal expertise to complex transactions, including water licences, permits to occupy, easements, mining tenements, conduct and compensation agreements, off-the-plan contracts, and related party transactions

You will gain experience and expertise across a broad range of conveyancing-related dealings. Our comprehensive suite of precedents and legal advice templates will ensure you're well-equipped to handle even the most challenging cases.

To be eligible, candidates must hold a Queensland Law Society issued Practising Certificate and preferably have experience in New South Wales law and be eligible to practice in both states.
