Waterproofing Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Waterproofing Supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work on exciting projects, develop their skills, and lead a team of professionals.

The successful candidate will have experience in the commercial and residential construction industry, with a strong background in liquid applied membrane waterproofing. They will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and growing a team of Water proofers, delivering high-quality work, and communicating effectively with site teams and internal teams.

This role offers a great opportunity for career growth and development, as well as a chance to work on diverse projects across different industries.

Job Requirements
  • Cert III in Waterproofing
  • High Risk EWP License and Working at Heights ticket (highly desirable but not essential)
  • Knowledge and experience in liquid and sheet applied membrane waterproofing
  • Previous practical experience in the building and construction industry
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Safety focused not only for yourself but also for your team
  • Conscientious, motivated and an extreme eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transport, as travel is required throughout SEQ
  • Construction White Card
