We're seeking a talented Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic team at CorePlan. As a key member of our People function, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and new hires throughout the entire people lifecycle.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers to shape effective recruitment and onboarding strategies, conduct initial phone screenings and background checks, and maintain recruitment records in our ATS.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as 4+ years' experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete recruitment cycle—including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
- Work with hiring managers to develop recruitment and onboarding strategies.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and background checks.
- Maintain recruitment records in ATS.
- Plan and deliver engaging onboarding sessions, including employment documentation preparation, IT setup, and team introductions.
- Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and equipment returns.
- Support managers in other People activities when required.
