About The Position
As a Pediatric Wellbeing Specialist, you will be part of a service deeply respected in the community for its commitment to trust, inclusion, and evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, family-centred care that supports the health, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0–6.
- Build trusted relationships with families, offering guidance and support through key developmental stages and life challenges.
- Identify and respond to complex needs including mental health, family violence, and child safety concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure wraparound support and optimal outcomes for families.
- Lead and participate in community education initiatives promoting health, resilience, and connection across the municipality.
