Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated pediatric rehabilitation psychologist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will provide specialist inpatient and ambulatory rehabilitation services to children and families who require goal-focused, innovative care.
Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you will ensure the delivery of best-practice rehabilitation approaches, empowering children to create their own goals and take ownership of their rehabilitation journey.
You will also supervise two part-time Grade 2 psychologists, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in pediatric rehabilitation psychology with a strong commitment to delivering best-practice care.
- Ambition to continuously grow clinical skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field.
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
