Job Description

The Information Services Division is responsible for providing information and communication technology (ICT) and cyber, physical and personnel security support to key stakeholders.

This role oversees the strategic direction and operational management of the Information Services Division. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading large scale, complex programs and projects to drive business outcomes.
  • Managing cyber and security risks for systems and people through stabilising flexible working technology.
  • Enhancing digital leadership by streamlining the department's approach to analytics and tools, and implementing fit-for-purpose systems and processes leveraging latest technology.
  • Providing authoritative advice to senior leaders on cyber risk and security matters.
  • Delivering high quality services that meet complex and critical needs through strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing change management and planning for the department's technology and information services to enable a secure, modern, inclusive, responsive and resilient environment.
  • Ensuring a high quality offering to shared service entities and taskforces with a focus on continuous improvement.
