Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of the department, you will play a leading role in managing the rollout of school maintenance plans and analysing information to develop strategies for improvement.

This position involves some intrastate travel and working with various stakeholders to drive quality outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyse data from Asset Life Cycle Assessments and school maintenance plans to develop long-term strategies for investment in maintenance
  • Develop training manuals and guides to facilitate the rollout of school maintenance plans
  • Provide ongoing support for the rollout of school maintenance plans
  • Monitor, analyse, and evaluate maintenance programs to identify and drive improvements
  • Drive relationships with key stakeholders, including QBuild, to ensure quality outcomes
  • Provide strategic advice to internal stakeholders on maintenance programs and processes
