Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team. As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating cyber threats and implementing robust security solutions that protect our organisation from cyber-attacks.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and analytical individual with a deep understanding of cyber security principles and experience with a range of different security solutions.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with other technology teams to implement effective security measures.
Key Responsibilities- Security Threat Identification and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate cyber threats and vulnerabilities in our computer systems networks and Cloud environments.
- Security Solution Implementation: Implement and maintain security log ingestion pipelines, threat detection use cases, and security automation workflows.
- Compliance and Governance: Design and implement security policies, controls and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Security Technology Assessment: Assess and configure security technologies such as endpoint protection, SASE, Cloud platforms, SIEM, and external attack surface management.
- Incident Response: Support investigation of, and response to, security incidents.
