We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic global regulatory affairs team in the ANZ region. In this role, you will ensure product regulatory compliance for allnex, supporting customers with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Global Product Regulatory Compliance team to respond to product regulatory inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Assess the impact of new regulations on the business and participate in implementation with the Regional Product Regulatory Compliance team.
- Evaluate compliance of allnex products with regional regulations to answer customer inquiries.
- Promote compliant marketing of allnex products by preparing and submitting notifications or registrations to authorities.
- Support the coatings Business Unit by responding to customer inquiries.
- Lead project teams to establish processes and tools ensuring compliance with new regulations.
This role requires strong knowledge of regional chemical control laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Required qualifications include:
- 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Regional Chemical Control & Hazard Communications Laws and Regulations.
- Proficiency and excellent communication skills in both oral and written form.
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize daily work.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
